Homework 20.10.25-
The children have been given a sheet of tricky words (Basics 2 and 3) and some handwriting paper. This week I would like them to write 3 sentences that include SOME of the tricky words, e.g.
I went to see my dad in the park.
I went into the shop to get a bag of sweets.
As the children are reviewing Basics 3, I will start sending spellings home from Monday 15th September. I will send home Basics 2 Tricky Words.
These should be practised 3 times and the children will be expected to spell them correctly in their writing.
The children will be asked to write these in an informal quiz each Friday.
