Welcome to our Year 4 class page. During September, Mrs Hawkins will teach Monday-Thursday each week and Mrs Baxter on Fridays. From October, we will welcome Mrs Price back from maternity leave. From then on, Mrs Hawkins will teach Monday-Wednesday and Mrs Price will teach Thursday and Friday. We will also have Mrs Dugdale supporting us in class each day.

Each half term we will update the page with our new topic and an overview of the term; you will find this in the homework and curriculum sections.

We will also post any news updates and photos to share what we are doing in class.

Each week the children will bring home spellings on Monday. The hand in date for this homework will be the following Monday, when the children will also be tested. Please ensure that your child reads daily, if possible, as this will greatly support all learning in class. Times tables will be given out every Wednesday and the children will be tested the following Wednesday. Please support the children in learning their times tables facts in preparation for the national Multiplication Test Check sat by all Year 4 children.​
