Well done, Y5, on all your homework from this half term. Y5 have worked hard to produce some very persuasive letters, poster and presentations on which rainforest animal we should adopt and which charity to support. Next half term, we will announce the animal and charity that the class will be adopting!

Powerpoint used to delivery Phonics Parent workshop.

Basic 2 Week 2 - Graphemes and rhymes are in your child's phonics folders and this 2 tricky words 'I' and 'is'.

This weeks the reception children have been learning the spelling for the sounds 's', 'a', 't' and 'p'.

Homework 20.10.25- The children have been given a sheet of tricky words (Basics 2 and 3) and some handwriting paper. This week I would like them to write 3 sentences that include SOME of the tricky words, e.g. I went to see my dad in the park. I went into the shop to get a bag of sweets. As the children are reviewing Basics 3, I will start sending spellings home from Monday 15th September. I will send home Basics 2 Tricky Words. These should be practised 3 times and t
