We loved combining our P.E. and maths skills on Number Day. We used our running skills to sprint between hoops and our maths skills to construct and solve sums using all four operations.

Pre-school- Autumn 1- Week 8
The children have demonstrated lovely play skills this week. They have taken on characters during their role play and worked as a team to build various models. To end our topic 'all about me', the children have created their very own self portraits, the children looked in the mirror and discussed what they could see on their faces. Year 1 enjoying their morning break at the new snack tables. For 'Black History Day' in school, the children heard about the life and achievements of Rosa Parks. They created freeze frames of scenes from her life and learnt the actions and words to a song inspired by her - She Sat on the Bus.

Year 6 - Autumn One - Week 7
We have enjoyed writing poems this week being inspired by all the poets mentioned in 'Love That Dog'. Our To Know You More Clearly topic has led us to make videos all about Baptism and what effects this celebration has on us as Christians. We have also explored events at the end of WW2.
