We have enjoyed mapping this week, finding places around Standish using 6 figure grid references. Y6 have shown off some beautiful art skills when researching the textiles of Althea McNish.
We began the week with a wonderful Harvest Celebration from GIFT team. We continued with lots of fabulous RE work. The children have given presentations, written letters to their local MP about caring for our common home and created their own canticle. We have continued to study Henry Moore in art and finished the week with Mental Health Day. We have been researching how to stay safe online and thinking of others.
