Y1 Homework

Please remember that in Year 1 the homework expectations are:

Reading of Tricky Words OR Spelling of Tricky Words 3 times in the week;

Reading school book(s) each night;

Doodle Maths - trying to keep in the Green Zone throughout the week and earn as many stars as possible.

Well done Year 1. Over 40% of the class are using Doodle 'little and often'.

We have talked about how we need to over-learn things to make them stick in the long-term memory and by using Doodle your facts are becoming 'stickier'.
